LINK Enterprise Solutions Pty Ltd (LINK) has a zero tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery and we are committed to acting ethically with integrity and transparency in all business dealings within Australian and Internationally.

As a company operating in the electronic security and technology industry, we recognise our responsibility to uphold human rights and maintain ethical and transparent business practices.
The purpose of our internal policies are to establish procedures and responsibilities for identifying and addressing modern slavery risks, and to ensure our supply chains operate in a responsible and transparent manner.
Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners of LINK. It covers all operations and supply chain activities both domestically and internationally.
Definitions
- Modern Slavery: Includes slavery, servitude, forced labour, debt bondage, human trafficking, and child labour.
- Ethical Supply Chain: A supply chain that operates in a socially responsible and transparent manner, respecting human rights and labour standards.
Commitments
- We are committed to:
- Conducting due diligence to identify and assess modern slavery risks.
- Engaging suppliers who share our values and comply with ethical standards.
- Providing training to employees and procurement teams.
- Reporting transparently on our actions and progress.
- Complying with the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth).
Risk Identification and Assessment
We will regularly assess our operations and supply chains to identify areas of potential risk. This includes:
- Mapping supply chains to understand sourcing and labour practices.
- Evaluating supplier compliance through audits and questionnaires.
- Monitoring industry trends and regulatory updates.
Supplier Engagement and Due Diligence
We will:
- Require suppliers to adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct.
- Include modern slavery clauses in contracts.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits.
- Terminate relationships with suppliers found to be in breach of this policy.
Training and Awareness
We will provide training to employees, especially those in procurement and supply chain roles, to raise awareness of modern slavery risks and reporting mechanisms.
Reporting and Transparency
We will publish an annual Modern Slavery Statement outlining our actions, findings, and future commitments. Employees and stakeholders are encouraged to report concerns via our anonymous whistleblower channel.

Review
This policy will be reviewed annually or as required to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with legal and ethical standards.
