Link Enterprise Solutions Pty Ltd (LINK) is committed to upholding and promoting human rights across all aspects of our operations in Australian and Internationally.
As a company in the electronic security and technology industry, we recognise our responsibility to respect and protect the rights of individuals, both within our workforce and throughout our supply chains.
The scope and treatment of our policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners of LINK across all locations and operations.

We are committed to respecting internationally recognised human rights standards, including those set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and relevant Australian legislation. We strive to ensure our operations do not infringe on human rights and that we address any adverse impacts responsibly.

Implementation and Responsibilities
Our Executive Team and Senior Leaders in the company are responsible for championing human rights initiatives and ensuring compliance. All LINK operational, service and project delivery manager must integrate human rights considerations into decision-making and operations. All LINK employees, staff and contractors are expected to uphold these principles and report concerns through appropriate channels.
Monitoring and Reporting
We regularly review our human rights practices and policies to ensure effectiveness. We encourage feedback and provide confidential mechanisms for reporting human rights concerns or violations.
Review
This policy will be reviewed annually or as required to reflect changes in legislation, industry standards, and organisational priorities.
