Women in Leadership

LINK support women in leadership and help break down the barriers they face in their careers. We support a number of yearly initiatives including Women in Technology and Women’s leadership Summit and courses which have been historically events by partner organizations like WiT which is a Queensland association for women in technology and science, dedicated to advocating for, celebrating, and empowering women in STEM. Female LINK staff also attend events from WLA Org (Women in Leadership Australia). WIA provides high-impact programs, world-class events and expert insights for women at every stage of their leadership journey.

At LINK we aim to assist women in leadership by 

• Overcoming gender bias.
• Connecting women with mentors and role models within or outside the business.
• Offering women’s leadership development programs and resources.
• Cultivating work-life balance and well-being for female leaders.
